I am currently working on a shredder project, and I needed some shaft collars to hold the bearings into place. Unfortunately, the size of the shaft was quite exotic, meaning I couldn't find any hardware (shaft collars) in a store near me. So, I decided to 3D model a shaft collar myself. The shaft collar uses m3 hardware (m3 nut and a m3 bolt, m3x10mm in my case), which is prevalent and easy to find.

The design is editable using Fusion 360 (sorry for those of you who don't have it), but I uploaded 12mm as the generic design. If there is interest, please comment/message me and I can make other sizes. If you have Fusion 360, simply edit the parameters. (Hint: Editing the Inner Diameter will also change the Outer Diameter. If the parametric design has any issues, let me know!)

This design is the "version 1" of the shaft collar. The design works best when manufactured in plastic: PLA, PETG, ABS, etc. I had the design 3D printed in metal, and due to aluminium's strength, it did not flex very easily. Therefore, I will upload another version that is more suited for metal 3D printing.
