Description
Super Frequency Harmonic Square wave distortion
My version of the Tim Escobedo Ugly Face. It raucous square wave distortion that is more synth in a box than traditional fuzz. It uses a 555 oscillator grated by the guitar signal. The frequency of oscillation is controlled by the Frequency knob. The threshold knob controls the point of oscillation. The envelope knob controls the amount of frequency sweep based on the input dynamic.
