PowerCourt BMS
PowerCourt BMS is a non-smart BMS based on Texas Instruments' BQ77915 chipset. It is a two-layer PCB with designed considering the need to flow high amount of current. It features a maximum current limit of 233A for OCD1 protection. It also features 3 solder bridges to select delay in OCD1 protection and not connecting any solder bridges will select EEPROM settings. This is a ready to use BMS for applications in devices using Li-Ion and LiPo battery packs with maximum current limit of around 233A for continuous flow. The maximum current limit for OCD1 protection be controlled by changing the current sense resistor. The BQ77915 chipset has Multiple protection features which have been implemented in PowerCourt BMS.
