PiStormSTE is a refactor of the original Amiga 500 PiStorm board that allows you to plug it into an Atari STE and close the case.

PCBWay can manufacture and assemble the boards and all the SMT components, but the through hole components must be added by hand: these are the 1.27mm pin headers required for the PLCC adapter and the 2x20pin female header connector for the Raspberry Pi itself. Both widely available from electronics component suppliers and eBay.

Of course, you may simply order the boards from PCBWay and hand assemble. The smallest components are 0805 passives, so this is entirely possible if you're used to hand-soldering QFP and TSSOP packages.
