Open Rotator Controller by W9KSB

Open-Rotator is a DIY ESP32-based controller board designed to work with the Open-Rotator software package for automated amateur-radio satellite antenna tracking. The PCB brings together an ESP32-S3 microcontroller, TB6612FNG dual H-bridge motor driver for azimuth and elevation DC motors, ADS1118 ADC for analog position feedback from AS5600 magnetic encoders, onboard 12 V-to-5 V/3.3 V power regulation, motor and power connections, and the supporting filtering/protection components needed for a complete two-axis controller. It was developed as an affordable alternative for building a permanently installed, automatically tracked satellite antenna system while keeping the hardware accessible to other amateur-radio operators who want to build and modify their own rotator.
