You need the following part:

1x PCB Board socket 36pin (solder wire version)

2x mini vertical switch 3pins

2x RCA Female Connector for Audio output

Use the default options with 1.6 thickness.

DO NOT CONNECT PRE-AMPLIFIED SPEAKERS TO THE AUDIO OUTPUT ON THE ADAPTER !
