Description

E-bike Headlight Indicator Mount

Fork-mounted structural bracket for supporting a headlight and indicator assembly on an e-bike. Mounting location: upper fork bolt above the tire.

Designed for real-world riding conditions including vibration, sudden impact loads, and repeated suspension compression. Optimal manufacturing material: PA12 or PA12-CF (SLS). Structural geometry includes stress-distribution curves and mounting reinforcement intended to prevent shear failure under landing forces or harsh bumps.

Suitable for road, off-road, wheelies, and high-torque electric builds.
