With a smaller and more compact size, it is very suitable for use on the 160-11 meter band for portable activities. The Linear amplifier design still uses 2x rd15 which is quite capable on the upper band.

Radio Bitx Features

AGC slow / fast, ATT -16dB, RX Amplifier features are still maintained manually or automatically from your dds control. This feature can be activated by giving a voltage of 3-5 volts. ADE-1 can be installed for better results (optional). Si5351A is no longer available, directly out of the finished dds for vfo / bfo frequencies. There is a slight modification in the rx audio input section with the addition of a 2n7000 switch, so that interference when the ptt is released can be eliminated.
