Atari Lunar Lander 2111 CPU RAM to 6116 SRAM adapter

Keep your classic Atari Lunar Lander arcade machine running!

2111 SRAMs are becoming more unreliable and harder to obtain. When the CPU-accessible 2111 RAMs finally stop working on your Lunar Lander PCB, replace both with a single 6116 RAM via this adapter. Lunar Lander will indicate these have failed in Test Mode by emitting either a single high-pitched beep or a single low-pitched beep followed by a high-pitched beep.

Lunar Lander PCBs typically have the CPU-accessible 2111s at D2 & E2

The adapter PCB can be fitted with a 0.6" DIP 6116 SRAM.

Desolder and remove existing dead 2111 RAMs from your arcade PCB and fit sockets in their place.

Use turned-pin connectors on the adapter for the best fit into the new sockets.
