Aminos 3D Scanner
The Aminos 3D Scanner is an advanced open-source device for measuring geomagnetic fields and underground magnetic anomalies, designed for the detection of voids, cavities, and valuable metals beneath the surface.
Equipped with dual magnetic sensors mounted horizontally, the system is compatible with multiple professional sensors such as FGM3 Pro, FG3+, and FLC100, providing flexibility depending on the user’s programming and application.
Key features include:
To operate the device: Press the power button once to turn it ON, and double press the button to turn it OFF
1.3" OLED display for data visualization and device control.
Five control buttons:
Scan button – sends sensor data via Bluetooth to visualization software (such as the "Visualizer 3D pro" or compatible mobile apps).
Calibration button – calibrates both sensors for accurate readings.
+ / - buttons – adjust sensor sensitivity, sound, and program parameters.
OK button – confirm settings and actions.
Dual USB ports: one for microcontroller programming (manual or automatic), and one for charging the battery.
128 MB memory for custom startup sounds, alerts, and warnings.
Audio amplifier with optional external speaker connection.
3.7V battery slot with integrated boost converter to 5V for powering all components and sensors.
Battery level indicator directly available on the display.
MicroSD card reader to record all sensor data, enabling advanced analysis with third-party software such as Surfer or custom data-processing tools.
The device is carefully engineered with a 6-layer PCB (7 x 5 cm) to ensure precision, stability, and professional performance.
One of its strongest features is flexibility in programming – users can easily upload and switch between different codes to tailor the device for metal detection, void detection, or other experimental applications.
Finally, its open-source design makes it not only a powerful tool for individual developers, researchers, and hobbyists, but also an ideal solution for companies looking to integrate advanced magnetic anomaly detection into their commercial products.
