QuarterMEG Atari 800XL compatible, for Ataris with C021697 (NTSC) or C021698 (PAL), schematics by Claus Buchholz.
This board is only for Atari 800XL. Make your Atari 800XL compatible with 130XE.

8x 41256 256K DRAMs (200ns or less)
1x 33 Ohm resistor
2x 100nF Capacitor
1x 74LS153 SMD
1x 74LS139 SMD
1x 74LS158 SMD
Connections: 6 wires as in schematics
RA8 - DRAMs pin 1
PB2 - U23 pin 12
PB3 - U23 pin 13
PB4 - U23 pin 14
PB5 - U23 pin 15
PB6 - U23 pin 16
