Description

3D Printer Fan PWM Noise 100% Elimination PCB

The project is designed for 12V and 24V 3D printers with fans of 0.5-2.5W.

Short Summary:

Advantages:

Fully eliminates the noise

Disadvantages:

Reduces the max fan speed
Not linear voltage vs fan speed % curve

For 12V printers use a 3W 25-Ohm resistor (limits max current to 12/25=480mA).

For 24V printers use a 3W 51-Ohm resistor (limits max current to 12/25=470mA).

For 1.2W fans use a semi-closed enclosure.

For 2.4W fans use an open-style enclosure.

220uF or 330uF 35V electrolytic capacitors can be used.

When ordering, you can use default settings and choose only the color you like.

Components are not included. It is only the PCB!
