Hello,
I would like to know some information about capabilities of double sided aluminium PCBs with both core in the middle and on the bottom.
What is the stackup for these configurations (especially for a 2mm PCB with 2W/mK) ?
Is it possible to have electrical contacts between the layers and the aluminum core (used as a power plane) ?
In this case how is described the metal core for manufactiuring ? Is it a power layer in a gerber file ?
