NPTH zero pullback

I'm looking to make an array of non-plated holes but I want the copper to be right at the edge of the hole (0mm annular ring clearance). I saw mention of some processes having the NPTH drilling as a second pass after plate/etch (zero pullback). Is this something PCBWay is capable of? If so, is there any special designation/layout that is required in the gerber files or is it just a mention in the special requirements section when ordering?
