Is this compatible with Sega 32X games?

Hi, I'd just like to know if the PCB board (and the 64 Pin Connector, which you specified was something to buy separately) were compatible with Megadrive 32x Games in particular? I'm sorry if this question comes off as uneducated, as I'm relatively new to the world of ROM dumping.
