I am a long time user of PCBWay and am very satisfied. In a new project, I am interested in getting the ENIG plating done BEFORE the solder mask. I will then use laser skiving to open very small openings in the solder mask (solder mask defined pads). How can I specify that the plating should be done before the solder mask is applied?
