Annular Width DRC and Footprint' compatability

I am trying to get a board ready for printing using PCBWay's DRC.

This is my first time ever doing anything like this, I have a basic understanding only of PCB design.

I have not designed this board, but am using a design of a project I found on the internet

https://github.com/lzrtag/LZRTag

The only error I have left (apart from complaints about vias at 0.3mm but they're thermal reliefs so I assume they will be fine) are errors about annular widths.

The footprints for the 4-leg LED are at 0.1mm, but the DRC required 0.25mm

The holes are 0.9mm and the pad is 1.1mm on the standard footprint.

If I keep it circular and increase the hole by anything then I get errors relating to pads being too close.

The part in question has little bulbs on the legs of 0.7mm so that is the hole's minimum width.

What I have done is made the holes oval at 1.1x1.5mm and decreased the hole to 0.8mm giving an annular width of 0.15mm with the hope that the oval gives me some copper to play with.

Am I likely to get declined for this design?

I have attached a screenshot of what I have done.

Thank you for your help
