we are Italian Company Archimede srls.
You are building for us a plastic 3D small box as core of a smart lock, and its related control electronic boards, approx say 9 x 7 x 4 cm. .
The 3D plastic box contains an electronic board based upon esp 32 and related wifi module and RFID reader; this box has also available space for the wiring between the elements placed within the box itself, which are the electronic boards, a small servo motor, and an RFID reader.
In addition to the internal elements, the board must have a connection board to external 4 elements, such as 1) external DC 12 v feed 2) IR proximity sensor 3) sharp distance sensor 4 ) buzzer.
Question is : could you assemble for a lot of approx 200 pieces, the whole content of the box , including the electronic board, the small servo, the RFID reader, the external junction little board, and all the connecting wiring within the box.
To work effortlessly, we may provide you 1) all the necessary special components such as the servo and other sensors 2) a completely assembled and tested system . Of course, we would order from you the 3D printed boxes, PCB and electronic assembly. Please let me know if you can provide these services of small device assembly and wiring. Thanks and regards.
