To whom it may concern,
We are in the process of designing a PCB that is based on plated through hole technology.
We have a 0.8mm pitch BGA in the PCB. Thus, to be successfully able to route this 0.8mm BGA on a 1.6mm thickness PCB, we intended to use the following plated through hole VIA size for the BGA dog-bone fanout:
VIA hole diameter = 0.25mm
VIA PAD diameter = 0.4mm
Will you be able to manufacture a 1.6mm thick PCB with the abovementioned VIA size? If you are not comfortable with the suggested Annular Ring then please suggest a smaller VIA hole diameter while keeping the VIA PAD diameter at 0.4mm?
Kindly advise.
