With my testing so far, this has not affected Gameboy games. I can't say the same for GBA games as I haven't tested with those yet. That being said if a voltage drop is concerning you can use the short resistor to eliminate it. I am working on a second rev as this one has proved promising and the voltage drop will be taken care of in it :)

I was tired of the squishy feel lof the oem silicone start and select buttons so I made these solid Gameboy Color start and select buttons.You just need to trim the oem rubber start/select button membrane as shown to make it work right.
