Incubator Hacks II
Incubator Hacks is a hyper-beginner hackathon in Kitchener, Waterloo Region. This year, we're running our second iteration at United College on October 4th and 5th. Our mission is to make programming innovation accessible in underserved communities that feel intimidated to enter the tech space. Below, I've provided some media from last year. Incubator Hacks starts in-person at United College, where we start the day with an opening ceremony. Afterwards, coding will start, which means hackers are allowed to start working on their projects. Scattered throughout the day, we also host various workshops and activities to keep the day exciting. On the second day, hackers stay online to continue their projects, and they are assisted by mentors who help give guidance and answer questions. Finally, hackers submit their projects and wait for the judges to decide on the winners, who are then awarded prizes during the closing ceremony. Incubator Hacks is a great experience for beginners as it pushes hackers to work in a team and complete a project using newly learned skills. We strongly believe that the support of PCBWay will transform our event into an even greater success!

Above is a photo from our opening ceremony last year. We had over 80 participants and $1500 in prizes! This year, we're expecting a participation of at least 100 hackers.
Our hackers have built projects that explored solutions addressing wider issues in healthcare. This is MindMotion, a tool created to assist in stroke rehabilitation! Try it out yourself! https://njs-team-7.adalo.com/game-app

This is Paroduck, another project made by hackers that makes studying engaging and fun by merging your notes with catchy songs! Here's a link to their pitch: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ekgAQavLso8Pc_5abeQHxENC-wpWUKEx/view?usp=sharing
Incubator Hacks is dedicated to providing the best experience possible to hackers, and we believe a sponsorship with PCBway is ideal for this vision. In the past, our hackers have received PCBWay products as prizes after the hackathon. Using PCBWay products, they were able to create more projects using hardware they didn't have access to before. Your sponsorship would be incredibly helpful to Incubator Hacks in reaching a wider audience and helping beginners explore hardware and PCBs. Sponsors have the chance to show their brand, promote their products and connect with a community that cares about using technology to make a positive impact. We would be happy to share PCBWay across our social media, website, and distribute in-person flyers. I'll link our sponsorship prospectus, website, and social media for more information.
