Use this template to mount a SYMEF Type S amplifier horizontally on a large heatsink with transistors mounted horizontally. Eg, using a Dissapante 5U chassis will allows the amplifier boards to be mounted on the heatsink.

Drill using 2.5mm drill, then tap to 3mm. It is recommended to drill and tap mounting holes one at a time, and then secure the template in place with screws before drilling holes for transistors.

After each mounting hole has been drilled and tapped, the corresponding hole in the template can be drilled out to 3mm thus allowing it to be secured with an M3 screw.

N.B. One Template is required for each amplifier PCB, i.e. two drilling template boards are needed for a stereo amplifier.
