This is a PCB for a GeoRAM expansion for Commodore 64/128.
Version2 of the 3.2.2023
Description
This is the release 2.0 with improvements and fixes.
What you get is a PCB with NO SMD components, so it is easy to mount, and there is even more! The attached issue N.8 contains the description in detail of the circuitry. This is a project with no secrets for you.
From the first release, the major improvement is that now the PCB has been designed to fit inside a C64/C128 cartridge case.
Added some capacitors, and fixed the problem with the footprint of the combinatory logic. On the old version, you were able to mount the chips with a bit of difficulty.
I also added the BOM this time, refer to it for the components list.
It is a card you can easily assemble by yourself, I avoided any SMD component.
