SOIC DIP adapter for 14-pin ATtiny microcontrollers

This is a SOIC to DIP adapter board that is specialized for 14-pin ATtiny microcontrollers such as the 3224 and 1624. It includes a surface mount primary decoupling capacitor (100 nF, size 1206) and a secondary decoupling capacitor (through hole, 1 - 10 nF). It uses oversized pads for the SOIC to make it easier to hand solder.
