SD2iEC & EPYX FAST LOAD CARTRIDGE V2 (TQFP)

This, SD2iEC & Epyx Fast Load Cartridge V2 PCB is also available for TQFP package ATMEGA644P and ATMEGA1284, if you like, you may prefer to use TQFP package AT644P or AT1284, they are usualy cheaper and easy to find than DIP package models.

Other instructions are the same with first version.

If you want to program TQFP ATMEGA onboard then you should use DIP40 pins for ICSP connections. I used ATmeag644P and ATmega1284P compatible TQFP44 to DIP40 adapter Programmer socket, from aliexpress.com

DIP40 pin 6 = MOSI

DIP40 pin 7 = MISO

DIP40 pin 8 = SCK

DIP40 pin 9 = RST

DIP40 pin 10 = VCC

DIP40 pin 11 = GND

In order to protect your electronical devices, always turn off your Commodore 64 before connecting or unconnecting any device.

While transfering data (reading or writing) from SD cards it should not be interrupted like power-off or Reset systems. Otherwise that may damage SD cards.

Gerber files can be changed at any time. Before paying for the PCBs, be sure to update your orders!
