This is the story of a small device with a big mission. Innovation is born out of simple observations. I spent time observing the challenges faced ordinary people the African continent;

1. Small businesses lacking access to reliable lighting & cheap portable tools that protects them against fake currency and documents.
2. The rise of health-conscious individuals who need a cheap tool that detect hidden dirt stains and germs in hotels, restaurants and homes.
3. Consumers lamenting of existing dump power banks that are either incompatible or charge their phones slowly.

It is from these observations that a small device with a big mission was born. QUIBIT P1 integrates three functions into a single portable platform;

1. White light Provides reliable, powerful all-night illumination for small businesses
2. Smart power hub Provides intelligent, adaptive fast charging
3. Pure UV-A light Detects fake money & documents, scan & reveal hard-to-see dirt and germs

The product is recharged via USB-C adapter or solar panel, and its enclosure is 3D printed to allow cheap easy scaling up and faster customization of the product. Also, with a 3D printed body, QUIBIT P1 pledges its support for a circular economy and reduced product carbon footprint.
