This is just another faceplate for the greaseweazle PCB.

In principle it's just the FA1 plate. But without any cut outs (except the LEDs and mounting holes). It's a PCB which looks like a complete disk.

So you don't have to order the FA1 faceplate, but instead you could use this one

If you order this, you have to change the BOM!

First of all, you have to order a 90 degree IDC Connector. Otherwise the cable will not fit under the faceplate (except you use really high spacer bolts/mounting pins). I ordered the wrong Connector. It has the 90 degrees, but the cut out for the nose of the cable is on the wrong side.

There is a picture where you can see this. The cut out has to be closer to the PCB. (the wrong cut out is marked with a red cross and the place where the correct cut out should be is marked with a green arrow).

The second thing is, that you have to use a little higher spacer bolts/mouting pins.The power connector (barrel jack) is also not cut out with this faceplate. The difference is just around 2mm, but the distance between the two PCBs must then be also around 2mm higher.
