Dreamcatcher Bluetooth 4.2 with 4W Amp & Charger (Untested)
I wanted something I could program to have different names through the SPI interface. The Silicon Labs module allows for programming and renaming. If you have a favorite bluetooth player and buy a bunch of them and you have an iPhone then you'll have a bunch of devices with the same name. :( The iPhone doesn't allow for renaming devices. So what to do? Make your own device capable of reprogramming the name with an external SPI to Serial converter (not included).
Amplifier based on Adafruit TPA2012 Class-D module
Charger based on Adafruit 259 Li-ion/Poly Charger module
Uses WT32I-A-AI61-APTX Bluetooth Module from Silicon Labs however a lot of features are not connected. Only audio traces are connected. No microphone. Meant for headphones or low power rechargeable bluetooth portable speakers.
I have no idea if this device will actually work. It's completely untested. My first ever PCB design. Open to feedback on how to improve!
