I designed a custom pcb for the stm32f401re and to program it I used the ft232rl usb-ttl converter. Now I followed the shcematic given on the datasheet and made a very similar circuit. When I connect the usb to my laptop it says that the usb is unrecongnizable. I installed all the required drivers but the problem persists. I checked using a multimeter if any of the connections were short circuit but that isnt the case either. Please suggest me what should I do as I am getting out of options. These are my schematics.:
