[Others] I think it's a capacitor but I have no information on it. Do you have any idea, what this component is?

[Others] Original Xbox capacitors.

It looks like all of these have a bulge on the top and obviously the reddish corrosion on top. I read up a little about this problem but I wanted a more professional view.
