I'm having a similar problem. I've built a HOD2Ami v2 based on an STM32F105. I've used 0 ohm resistors for VCAp1 and VCAP2. With PA9 on 2-3, I always get the same message: No USB device recognized: The last device... I've checked the entire build and can't find any defects.
