Hi, I'm working on a rigid-flex design, 8-layer board, with flex on layers 4 and 5, and drill structure (except of regular through holes):
uvias 1-2, 0.1mm hole,
uvias 2-3, 0.1mm hole,
buried vias 3-6, 0.15mm hole,
uvias 6-7, 0.1mm hole,
uvias 7-8, 0.1mm hole.
Can you produce uvias stacked with buried vias if the hole diameter is different?
Since layers 4 and 5 are flex, I believe I can't add uvias 3-4,
and the buried vias 3-6 can't be uvias (0.1mm) either?
