Hello,
We need a quick turnaround for about 10 boards with one small DSBGA-16 Package (1.5mm × 1.5mm). To be able to route it, the minimum trace width/gap should go down to 3/2.5mil or 2.7/2.65mil.
There are 8 total footprints like this. Only on the top layer. All other areas and layers can be normal clearance 4/4mil or bigger. Copper on outer layers can be thin.
Total metal layer count is 6 layers. Regular materials, no control impedance or high frequency, just one very small package (can't replace it with anything else).
BGA pads are ~7mil in diameter.
Please let me know if you can manufacture it and how quickly. It's an urgent and fast job.
