We have already designed a patch antenna with mashroom EBG on it working at 10 GHz. Is has the following properties:
Permittivity = 2.5
Substrate:Roger Ultralam 2000(losy), loss tangent, tan δ = 0.0019, thickness off h=1.524mm
Both ground plane and patch thickness of=0,035 mm
The mashroom EGB pins (vias) have diameter of 0.4mm
We have the gerber files. Can you manufacture this path antenna for us? If yes what is the cost? If no, can you suggest a company for us to manufacture it?
