I am preparing a crowdfunding project and would like to check PCBA feasibility.
Project details:
- Quantity: 300 units
- Target shipping: within 1 month after order
- PCB: 2-layer, about 40mm x 40mm
Components:
- FPC connector (0.5mm pitch)
- Battery connector (JST type)
- A few passive components
- ESP32-C3 module (Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C3)
About the ESP32-C3 module:
We are considering two options:
1) Do not populate the XIAO module (DNP), we assemble it manually
2) PCBA with customer-supplied XIAO modules
Questions:
1) Is PCBA for 300 units possible within 1 month?
2) Which option do you recommend for the ESP32-C3 module?
3) Estimated PCB fabrication lead time?
4) Estimated PCBA lead time?
