Would you be interested in modifying your design slightly? Some logic analyser probes, ICE’s and ICD’s have a header for each size of the CPU. This is often a 40 pin header with one side of the pins for signals and the other side all gnd. To make your board a perfect match for these probes, the 20 pin SIP headers would be changed to 40 pin headers, with the opposite side all commoned to gnd.
