Amiga External Floppy Drive

Hello, greetings from Germany.

You have already published a lot of projects here.

Some really good stuff. Good work.

I would like to ask you a question. It's about external floppy drives for the Amiga.

I only have 2 A500s myself.

You have a lot here. But unfortunately not the right one.

I am looking for a PCB to build a new external floppy with daisy chain.

I have already bought 2 used cases to put my Gotek in. Both cases are defective.

Well, one anyway.

The other one has a 24pin connector where nobody knows the pinout.

Seems very exotic :-)

Now I have 2 drives and 1 Gotek, but no cases for them.

There are good cases for the Greaseweazle.

You could swap them for the new PCB.

Unfortunately I have no idea about schematics and ICs etc.

My option would be to simply connect the cables from the 23pin connector to the 34pin of the floppy.

But I don't think that's a good solution.

I've been looking for something like this and haven't found anything yet.

Just ugly plugs with IDE cables and 4pin power cables.
