Bluetooth and Wifi module arduino

Instead of purchasing extra modules for the Arduino board, I have collected the bluetooth and wi-fi module in a single card, so there will be no need to buy modules and the pins of the arduino will not be used in vain. There are 2 switches on the card. If you want to use which module, just turn on the switch.
