We ordered a 4-layer PCB panel that required a more advanced setup compared to our previous projects. The PCBWay engineers followed our request to reproduce the same panel layout used in an earlier design from another manufacturer, and the final result matches perfectly. Visual inspection confirms excellent overall quality. Communication was slightly more challenging this time because one SMD connector extends beyond the board outline, creating a special case for the panel design. We specifically needed milling adjustments to prevent any collision between the break-away rails and the overhanging connector during the assembly stage. Despite the complexity, the team handled the situation professionally, and the final panel is exactly what we needed. Very satisfied with the outcome.
