USB to UART TTL Conveter

I needed a reliable USB-to-UART converter for programming my own ESP32/STM32 boards. This design has a fine-pitch FT232RL IC, so PCBWay’s tight pad tolerances and ENIG finish were critical for easy soldering. I also tried a black solder mask, and it came out looking professional and clean.
