Replacement LED Module

A 12-LED module for a small portable lamp. The original lamp used a COB LED that was now unobtainable and the footprint did not match any standard COB modules that I could find, so I made a replacement using PCBWay's Aluminium-backed PCB and some discrete LEDs. As it was the first time I had used this type of PCB, there were some issues with my design that required clarification. My sales representative (Yolanda) was extremely helpful and, with her assistance, I was quickly able to resolve the issue and get the design into production. So far, the new lamp module works very well, with the advantage that I can easily repair it now if I have further LED failures.
