Power Supply

This is one of a few prototype designs for a special power supply. A few revisions on this one as it goes through destructive testing. All prototype boards are delivered very fast. The board quality is excellent as power supply stress testing (extreme high current shorting) had routinely destroyed power mosfets, while not incurring any board damage. The damaged components were able to be removed and replaced numerous times without any board damage (lifted traces etc.) which helped speed up testing. To be honest I have never had any other manufacturer's boards stand up to repeated component replacement without some type of damage. Of course this is not a typical use of a circuit board but it sure speaks to PCBWAY's processes and the durability of their final product.
