Pokemon Soul Silver Nintendo DS Cartridge Bottom

I used Martin Refseth/HDR's Machined DS Cartridge and got it 3D printed in titanium. I did this because Pokemon SoulSilver is the GREATEST POKEMON GAME EVER, and it deserves the best! Well, in terms of durability, I guess. The bottom overall came out well, but due to how tiny everything is here, there's no tolerance for the intolerances that come with 3D printing. You can see at the bottom it doesn't want the top to go in, and I had to spend a lot of time filing and dremeling the bottom to get it in there, and doing that against titanium wasn't easy, and it still isn't perfect. The flip side is though that it is so tight that it just friction fitted it together and I didn't use any epoxy as recommended, as I think it's going to be quite difficult for this to come apart as is. You can also see that the top of this is curved and not perfectly straight, along with the rest of the body. There's a lot of minor imperfections, and I wouldn't recommend 3D titanium printing. I'd stick to machining it in some other material. Overall though, it works great in my DS and I'm very happy with it!
