Perfect for charging at lower current

This device is great for charging a smaller battery at a lower current. The device is rated to 1A but when I was charging at that temperature it got extremely hot (as to be expected). If I was to use it at 1A continuously I would use a small heatsink on the top of the IC personally. I'm using it in a project to charge a battery at 200mA and it's perfect at that charging current
