Passive Heatsink – CNC Milled Aluminum 6061

I ordered a custom CNC-milled heatsink made of aluminum 6061, based on a high-precision STL file from industrial 3D scanning. The requirements were very specific: – 9 tapped M3 holes to 6.1 mm depth – No anodizing (surface must remain conductive) – As-milled finish – Tight tolerances, as the part functions as a passive heatsink PCBWay met all specifications exactly as requested. The machining is clean, threads are accurate, and all holes are perfectly aligned. The part mounted directly on the board with no adjustments needed. Shipping via FedEx IP was fast (6 days from China to Romania), and the packaging was solid and professional. This was a critical, custom piece, and PCBWay delivered flawlessly. I highly recommend them for CNC parts requiring precision and reliability.
