Motorcycle fuel filler cap

This is a pretty complex part made from 7075 that first needs turning including very small features and a large thread. It then needs milling from one end. Wall thickness at the top is 1mm. The recess includes a chamfer at the top and radii at the bottom, which are all very well done. There is a very slight step where the two endmills used for the radius and the actual meat of the recess meet, which doesn't bother me at all. The bead blasting was indeed only done where specified and the black anodisation is perfect. I am extremely satisfied with this part. It was however accordingly expensive.
