Their service and product exceeded my expectations. Since I am a hobbyist, I did not have any idea how to proceed with a request for a flexible PCB for a Nintendo product. I was following instructions from a website and a download of the PCB was provided. With no idea of what the files were, Google was able to help assist with giving me an idea of what it was. I decided to look into PCBWay because a lot of the YouTube channels I watch always mention and refer their viewers to PCBWay. My project was assigned to Tori and I am so grateful for that because she guided and advised me throughout the process making the process as smooth as possible. I have to give huge thanks to her for being patient, attentive, and most of all, responsive. She responded to my emails and questions in less than 24 hours. There was one time she was able to catch a mistake regarding the material being used. Glad she caught it because it would be such a bad experience if the product arrived and it was not what I expected. The product arrived and even though it was a small order, the 5 pieces looked amazing and of high quality. I was super impressed. Since the start of the date to the delivery of the PCB, it took about 3 weeks as I live in the States. No problem at all since I was not in a hurry to receive the product. If I had to recommend PCBWay, then it will a resounding "Yes!". Yes to awesome service. And yes to a professional-looking manufactured product. This was a great first-time experience. Again, I have to give thanks to Tori. Great experience overall. For my future similar project I know who to go to.
