ESP32 Powered Home Automation PLC PCB design

I couldn’t be happier with this batch from PCBWay. The 2-layer boards (106.2 × 71.6 mm, 1.6 mm FR-4, HASL-with-lead finish) arrived only four days after I placed the order—well ahead of schedule. Drill registration is spot-on, vias are perfectly centered, and the silkscreen text is crisp even on 0603 labels. The green solder mask is uniform with no pinholes, and the copper edges are clean with zero burrs. Electrical continuity and isolation tests all passed on the first try, saving me hours of rework. Packaging was sturdy, with each PCB vacuum-sealed and cushioned inside bubble wrap. For the price of five pieces, the quality easily rivals far more expensive fabs. Highly recommended for anyone who needs professional-grade boards on a student budget!

    Everything went smoothly, the PCB turned out great, even with the line art on the back side. The stencil worked great too. As always big thanks to the PCBWay team for yet another awesome PCB!
