Custom Headlight for a electric scooter

Building this headlight was part of my bigger electric scooter project, where I aim for every component to be custom made with top quality. The headlight is nearly finished and will soon get its dedicated CNC milled lense im looking to get made at this factory aswell ofcourse. Key Features and Performance The light draws 22W thats 2200 lumens by default, though it’s capable of up to 55W max wichj would be more than 5000 lumens. However, running at maximum power generates extreme heat and doesn’t really improve beam range due to lens limitations can easly blind everything looking at it already really makes the night to the day. Reason for the main parts being CNC from aluminum was crucial for cooling the powerful LED chip tryed many ideas however none of those came to such a well performance without being obvious like a active cooling. Airflow while riding further helps keep temperatures down and now should work more then well together with the liquid metal thermal paste for the led chip. Manufacturing Quality The machining quality is outstanding like every piece i got made here and looks professional. "Tolerances are consistently tight, often exceeding normal requirements, resulting in flawless fit and finish. I was very impressed to not find a single real scratch on the part, even though it does not have a premium finish." Final Impressions I’m extremely satisfied with the result and with youre companys ability to meet such high manufacturing standards. I’ll definitely rely on this shop again for future CNC parts, as nothing I received has ever disappointed me.​
