Cell Receiver / valve controller / meter reader

I am close to ordering more of these for production. Can you quote me to populate the thru-hole parts on the next run? There are only 4; a 6 pin header, 2 RJ-11 jacks, 1 wall cube power jack 500 and 1000 quantity. I just need to know the assembly labor cost. Thank you, Steve
